Credits are frozen when you submit a task, settled at the exact cost when it completes, and any difference is refunded automatically.
Failed or cancelled image, video, and post-processing tasks always release the full frozen amount — you are never charged for a failed generation.
Monthly: full refund within 7 days if ≤20% of credits used; otherwise 50% of the unused portion within 7–14 days. Annual: full refund within 14 days if ≤15% used; otherwise pro-rated, no refunds after 60 days.
Purchased credits carry an expiry date. Unused credits clear at expiry; frozen holds are forfeited only when released.
Active subscribers automatically unlock video generation. Subscription prices cover credits only — there is no separate per-model discount.
Image model prices are managed in the admin console and can be adjusted without a release. The displayed estimate is always the price you pay.
