The short version
- No account, subscription or charge. Pricing describes a planned product; this study has no checkout and cannot bill you.
- Your agent does the work. A Skill is installed and run on your machine, under your agent's permissions and the Skill's own terms.
- Use the catalogue fairly. No attacks, no abusive scraping, and no passing the site or its assets off as your own.
- Provided as-is. The site is a study, may change, and comes without warranties of any kind.
Agreement to these terms
By opening this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The terms cover the pages at useneospark.com and the catalogue they present. They do not cover an agent, a CLI or a Skill you install: each of those carries its own agreement, shown by whoever publishes it.
What this site is
This is a front-end study of an Agent Skills marketplace. The pages are prebuilt static files, and the catalogue, ratings, install counts, review counts and pricing are sample content carried over from a reference catalogue. The footer says so, and these terms repeat it because it changes what you can expect: there is no marketplace account, no transaction and no service-level commitment behind those numbers.
The install prompt is real and works with agents that can read SKILL.md. The catalogue is a demonstration of how such a marketplace could read; it is not a record of marketplace traction.
Using the catalogue
You may browse the site, link to any page, quote short passages with attribution and copy install prompts to run with your own tools. You may not republish the site's design, copy or assets as your own, mirror the catalogue as a competing product, or present the NeoSpark name as endorsing something it has not endorsed.
No account is created when you use the site, and this site grants no licence to a Skill package. Skill packages are distributed under the terms included with them; read those before you install.
Skills, agents and your machine
The composer builds a prompt and copies it. The installation and the work happen in your agent, on your machine. From the moment you paste the prompt, the operation is between you, your agent, the CLI named in the install guide and the publisher of the Skill.
- A Skill may read files, call APIs or write output, depending on what its SKILL.md instructs and what your agent allows. Review it before you run it, and grant only the access the task needs.
- The project does not control third-party agents, CLIs, Skills or their output, and is not responsible for what they do on your machine.
- Your use of an agent or CLI is governed by that provider's terms, including any limits on automated use, credentials or data processing.
- Keep your own backups. Installing or running a Skill can change files; the project cannot restore them for you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attack, probe or overload the site or its host, or attempt to access systems, accounts or data that are not public;
- scrape the catalogue at a rate that degrades availability, or use automation to bypass access or security controls;
- impersonate the project, its maintainers or another publisher, or misrepresent sample figures as real marketplace traction;
- infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or use the catalogue to harass, defraud or deceive anyone;
- resell or redistribute the site or its assets as a product of your own without written permission.
Violations may result in access being blocked. Because there is no account, the block applies to the connection rather than to a profile.
Pricing and payments
The pricing page describes plans for a product this study imagines. These pages contain no checkout, no card fields and no mechanism to charge you, and nothing on the site creates a subscription or a payment obligation. There are no refunds to request because there are no transactions. If a paid product is added later, its price and terms will be shown before any payment is taken. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The site's name, design, copy and code belong to the project or are used with permission. Skill packages, templates, examples and preview images belong to their publishers. Browsing grants you no ownership of either. Do not remove ownership notices, and do not use the marks in a way that suggests an endorsement that does not exist.
Short quotation with attribution, linking and the copying of install prompts for your own use are permitted under the previous section. Anything beyond that needs permission from the rights holder.
Availability and changes
Pages may be changed, moved or removed at any time, and links to external resources may stop working. This is a study rather than a production service: no uptime, support or continuity commitment is made. Features described on the site may never ship in the form shown.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The project does not warrant that pages will be uninterrupted, error-free or current, or that a Skill will produce a particular result. You use the site and any Skill at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from the site, a Skill or an agent. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use this site — which is zero.
Access and termination
Access may be blocked if you violate these terms or use the site in a way that harms it or other people. Because no account exists, there is nothing for you to cancel and no profile to delete; the block is the whole remedy on either side. Sections that by their nature survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue to apply.
Third-party links
Pages here link to agents, CLIs, Skill sources and other sites the project does not control. Those destinations carry their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not an endorsement, and the project is not responsible for content behind it.
Privacy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: the pages collect nothing, the composer never sends your prompt, and the only step that leaves your browser is the moment you paste the prompt into your agent.
Changes to these terms
These terms change when the site changes. The revised version is posted here with a new date at the top, and continuing to use the site after it is posted means the current version applies. If a change would materially affect your rights, the date and the text will show it before the new behavior takes effect.
