The short version
- No charge can be made today. Pricing describes plans; these pages have no checkout, no card fields and no billing account.
- Monthly plans: full refund within 7 days at no more than 20% credit use; 50% within days 7–14; none after 14.
- Annual plans: full within 14 days at no more than 15% use; 80% on days 15–30; 50% on days 31–60; none after 60.

Overview
This policy covers paid plans, credit packs and top-ups bought through NeoSpark. It applies alongside the Terms, and a purchase is taken as acceptance of both.
Today the site is a front-end study. There is no checkout and no mechanism by which these pages can charge a card, so no refund can arise from using them. The windows below describe the policy that will govern paid plans when billing opens; they are published now so that the offer and its refund terms are visible in the same place.
Subscription refunds
Monthly subscriptions
- Within 7 days: full refund if usage is no more than 20% of the month's credits.
- Days 7–14: 50% prorated refund, limited to unused credits.
- After 14 days: no refund.
Annual subscriptions
- Within 14 days: full refund if usage is no more than 15% of the annual credits.
- Days 15–30: 80% prorated refund.
- Days 31–60: 50% prorated refund.
- After 60 days: no refund; cancellation is still available to stop the next renewal.
Cancellation and auto-renewal
- A subscription can be cancelled at any time from account settings, once an account system exists.
- Cancellation prevents the next charge. Access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for.
- There is no partial refund for unused days after cancellation; any refund is determined by the windows above.
- Today these pages have no account or billing settings, and no renewal can occur.
Credit purchases
Standard pay-as-you-go credits
- Unused credits: full refund within 14 days.
- Partially used: the remaining balance is refunded at the unit price.
- Bonus and free credits are not refundable.
Top-up credits
- Top-ups do not expire.
- Refundable within 14 days if unused.
- Non-refundable once consumed.
Non-refundable items
- Credits already consumed to generate content.
- Downloaded or generated content, including images, video and templates.
- API usage fees.
- Enterprise custom integrations once delivery has begun.
- Promotional credits and giveaway prizes.
- Requests filed after the eligibility window has closed.
Nothing in this list limits a statutory right described underYour statutory rights.
Special circumstances
- Downtime over 24 hours: account credit or a partial refund for the affected period.
- A critical feature unavailable: a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Account access problems: a subscription extension covering the time lost.
- Unauthorized charges: report them immediately. Confirmed fraudulent or unauthorized charges are refunded in full, with investigation within 3 business days of the report.
- Duplicate charges: refunded automatically; processing takes 5–7 business days.
How to request a refund
Today there is no billing portal and no charge from these pages to dispute. If a card was charged by something presenting itself as NeoSpark, contact the payment provider that processed the charge and treat the transaction as unauthorized; the project has no payment rail through which such a charge could have been made.
Once checkout opens, a request will follow one of two routes:
- Open Settings → Billing → Request refund in the account.
- Or use the billing contact printed on the receipt, including the account email, order or transaction ID, the reason and the purchase date.
Processing follows a fixed sequence: acknowledgment on receipt, review within 3–5 business days, a decision by email, and the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the decision.
Refund methods
Refunds return to the original payment method:
- Card: 5–10 business days.
- PayPal: 3–5 business days.
- Bank transfer: 7–14 business days.
Timing can vary with the bank or payment provider and is outside the project's control once the refund has been issued.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not override consumer protection law. In the EU and EEA, you have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital service contracts, unless you asked for immediate performance and acknowledged that you would lose that right. In the US, state consumer protection laws may add rights. In other regions, local law applies. Where this policy and the law conflict, the law wins.
Changes to this policy
Updates are posted here with a revised date at the top. A change takes effect when posted, but it does not retroactively alter the refund window of a purchase made before the change was posted: that purchase is governed by the policy in force when it was made.
Contact
There is no support inbox for this study. Questions about installation, publishing or the catalogue are answered in the FAQ. Refund questions for a future paid plan will use the billing contact printed on the receipt. TheTerms and Privacy Policy complete this one.
